This perfect minimalist Salmon was invented by my mother for her dear friend Chinga. As you can see the dish itself is now called Chinga's Salmon. What I love about this recipe is that its prep doesn't take more than ten minutes with a quick side salad or pasta? Or mash potato's? Whatever you like?
Ready. SET. Lets go!
Things You'll Need:
- Salmon (as much as you need)
- Bunch of FRESH Dill (pretty please!)
- 1 Head Fresh Garlic
- Olive Oil (according to the amount of fish, about a tsp per 2 servings)
- Salt to Taste
- Oven Tray
- Imagination
Pre-heat your oven to 375-400 degrees F.
Place your Salmon and head of garlic flat on tray (TIP: I like to give the garlic head a little smash *embarrassed face* it lets even MORE flavors that way), now just put a nice whole piece/branch of dill on every portion of Salmon, obviously after your fresh dill a little shower (greens are a great habitat for little cute creatures that are not so cute in food). Olive oil, were going to drizzle you on top of everything. Cover Tray and place in oven for about 15 minutes, uncover until the fish has a golden glow.
IMAGINATION CORNER:
Cherry tomatoes, green beans, zucchini and more ARE welcomed to bask in the oven with your fish.
